Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, brushed, cut, colored, washed, or altered in any way
  • Lace that has been cut or customized
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Veloura Wigs reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • defective,
  • damaged,
  • or incorrect.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team before sending the item back.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was shipped,
  • or the product arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Veloura Wigs is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
